Jaimee Galloway
Director
Jaimee, B Gen Ed, has a diverse professional and qualification background including education, emergency management, outdoor leadership, vocational training, youth mental health, positive behaviour support planning, and case management. She has extensive experience with complex young people, program design, crisis intervention, educational adjustment and behavior management.

Graham Pringle
Director
Dr Graham Pringle, PhD, MA (Outdoor Education), Dip Soc Sci (Psych), Dip Ed, Dip Child Youth & Family, CIV Adventure-Based Youth Work, conducts the research behind our framework, trains adults, and presents our findings at conferences domestically and internationally. He has experience in residential care, youth work, foster care, outdoor therapies, outdoor leadership, and teaching.
